I would have given this facility a higher rating, but there were a few issues that stood out during my stay. During check-in, I was informed that I could not use my credit card to pay for my stay. As a result, I had to search around El Nido to find an ATM and withdraw cash. I was offered the option to pay through GCash or BPI transfer, but as an international traveler, I do not have access to either of these payment methods. This information should ideally be communicated to guests before arrival. Secondly, I had specifically requested a room located toward the back of the hotel in a quieter area. Unfortunately, my room was located directly next to Pangolin, where loud music and heavy bass continued until around 3:00 AM, making it very difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the room itself was clean, and both the air conditioning and WiFi worked well throughout my stay. The bathroom and shower were also clean, although the water was consistently cold. Overall, the property has potential, but better communication regarding payment options and more consideration for room placement requests would greatly improve the guest experience.
