Excellent hotel , clean rooms , very attentive and friendly staffs.
Was staying there twice over a span of 10 days.
They actually remembered me and the problems I encountered in my first trip. They were also very generous and kind enough to give a free upgrade.
Location is exceptionally accessible to almost every thing.
Food , malls , bars are all within walking distance. Basically no need to travel around by cars or bike to get round.

This is my 3rd time check-in this hotel .This time i feel a bit disappointed
I came to celebrate my birthday and requested a larger room and a high-rise building. When I checked in, I was told there was only a basement building (3rd floor), so I decided to give up and requested a larger room because the rooms I had stayed in before were always very large and comfortable. When I walked into the room, I was very disappointed because it wasn't very large and had no windows. Especially the next morning, when the staff came to tidy up other rooms, I was greeted by the doorbell and intercom with CI came to celebrate my birthday and requested a larger room and a high-rise building. When I checked in, I was told there was only a basement building (3rd floor), so I decided to give up and requested a larger room because the rooms I had stayed in before were always very large and comfortable. When I walked into the room, I was very disappointed because it wasn't very large and had no windows.
