We stay in a family room with two beds for two days. It is spacious but the bathroom is a bit tiny and not so shiny compare to the bedroom. When we arrived the toilet was leaking but the staff fix it immediately as we complain. Only one dustbin inside the bathroom which is quite inconvenient. We are struggling a bit to use the shower tap in the beginning but the next day we know how to operate it well. Other than that everything is okay. The staffs are super nice and helpful. There is no telephone inside the room to call the front desk but they give immediate response on Zalo if you need anything.

Other nicer places on Phu Quy for much cheaper. The staff were lovely, but the facilities are very dated and the furniture in the room was damaged and poorly maintained. Was probably lovely 5 years ago.
