I love the design of the hotel, and the staff were all polite and friendly. Though we had some issues with the room (no signal and nothing to watch on the TV, aircon too cold and not turning off, shower heater not reaching higher temperature). I still appreciate the room, as it had comfortable bedding and good inclusions, and the view we were given was nice. The view from the pool was even better. I also enjoyed the sauna. Buffet breakfast was ok; though, it could benefit from more drink options such as hot choco and fresh juice. Best feature is the location, just walking distance from Luneta Park, several museums, the Ocean Park, Harbor View, and is also just a few minutes ride to Intramuros. My mother and I enjoyed our stay in Manila.

Perfect location for a charming seaside hotel away from the busy and chaotic streets of Manila. Perfect buffet breakfast. Needs some renovations though on facade and interior paints. Needs to address some leaks and molds too as this was last renovated in 2017.

My parents and I stayed here since it was the closest to the US Embassy that looked decent. There was more than enough parking within the compound so our vehicles are assuredly secure. Upon arrival, the lobby was a bit warm in spite of the rains outside. What ticked me off right away was that the front desk didn't seem to know that we're coming. They had to scramble to accommodate us. Our booking had not been printed and it took 30 minutes before we were booked in. In fact, there was no one before us. The staff was slow as if the hotel was run by OJTs. Fortunately, the room was spacious and clean, as well as the ensuite bathroom. The aircon temperature was adjustable so I could keep it as cold as I want. I thoroughly enjoyed my hot shower too. In the evening, I wanted some room service. I called the hotel restaurant but no one was answering. This took about 15 minutes. So I had to go down and order personally. Apparently, the phone was busted and not connecting. When I got my order back in the room, it was even incomplete. Such bad service. The only member of the staff that was competent was the waiter when we had our buffet breakfast the next day. He was very accommodating and pro-active. If not for him, our entire stay would be ruined.
