    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent stay. We pre-booked a room for four people for over *** INR. However, upon arrival, the hotel claimed the booking was 'incorrect' and demanded an additional 600 THB to accommodate our group. Despite having a confirmed reservation for four, we were forced to pay the extra fee to secure our stay. I request a review of this transaction and a refund of the overcharge.

    It was a very pleasant stay with my family near the Pattaya beach. Apartment was very spacious. Prime shopping spots were within walking distance. Many halal foods were available nearby. There was no lift in this building, but the hotel staffs always helped to carry luggage to the upstairs. Best wishes to this hotel and hotel staffs.

    If you want night life, the beach and a variety of good food, you want to stay here! It’s right in the middle of everything and the staff is awesome!!
