    Very disappointing stay at River View Resort, Mae Sariang. The room was poorly maintained — basin pipe leaking, bathroom door handle broken, and I even woke up with itchy bites, likely from bed mites. Breakfast was unacceptable: just coffee and plain bread, no butter or jam, while my friend at another guesthouse (chok-Wasana) got a proper breakfast. Great riverside location, but the resort urgently needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and service.

    We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Mae Sariang. The location is perfect—right by the river, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room had a lovely river view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is excellent value for money, providing comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. The dining area overlooks the river, creating a relaxing setting for meals. Plus, it’s conveniently close to other great riverside restaurants, giving us plenty of dining options. Overall, a great place to stay in Mae Sariang. Highly recommended!

    We spent one night at this hotel.Hotel structure made with wood so the noise from the room both inside and outside could be heard. You can hear guest walking on the floor above you. Breakfast was rather limited.

    It's okay for the money you spend Breakfast is sub par Instant coffee Room and balcony is nice Shower area is old and dated
