    Great location in the Medina. Friendly, helpful staff. Newly renovated throughout. Good breakfast on rooftop patio. Great value.

    We came in late in the afternoon, past 3pm, but our room is not yet ready because the previous guest haven’t check-out yet; so we waited for about half an hour for them to fixed the room. Even though the outgoing guest apologized to us, the hotel staff did not say anything. Then after we came back from our sunset stroll & dinner at the Medina. We are shocked to know that the main light to the room is not working & we have no other source of light but the bathroom light. Upon informing the other nightshift staff, he told us that stores are already closed for the night & they cannot replace the busted bulb. To our dismay, there’s also no basic toiletries such as hand soap etc. They only provided after we asked for it, & not even apologetic.
