    Avoid this hotel at all costs. I booked and paid 1,400 via the Agoda app in advance. Upon arrival, the receptionist rudely claimed they had "no booking found" in their system.The manager then forced me to pay an additional 1,600 directly to the hotel just to get a room. This is a complete scam and a violation of booking policies.To make matters worse, the room provided had zero amenities. There was absolutely no Wi-Fi, and the room was a complete dead zone with no mobile network coverage at all. The staff and management are incredibly unprofessional, greedy, and hostile. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

    went for leisure stay … stay was amazing … their hospitality was good and thanks to Birnesh !! who work here!! he was very helpful and friendly and room service was also good … overall it was a good experience…

    Worst experience ever. Not suitable for families—or anyone, honestly. The beds were stained and had a strong vomit-like smell. Since it’s in the same building as a pub, there was loud noise even past midnight. The faucets weren’t working properly either. The photos and reviews on Google are misleading, so please be cautious and double-check before booking.
