Just the location is good , but the bed sheets dirty , towels bad smell very complicated system by self check in amd self check out

If location is the only thing that matters then this one is great. However if you want more I wouldn't recommend this property. It is stinky and run down and maintenance is clearly not a proirity. The door handle on the bathroom door was missing, the linen was either stained or just dirty and the bathroom smelt like sewerage. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it rolled into the middle. All in all not a great experience.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with your service. My room’s heater has been broken since the time we arrived and despite reporting the issue promptly, it has not been resolved. This caused significant discomfort, especially given the cold conditions.
What made the situation worse was the poor customer service I encountered. Your staff failed to provide timely updates, showed little urgency, and did not offer any alternative solutions while the heater remained unfixed. This lack of support is unacceptable and far below the level of service I expected.
I kindly request immediate action to repair the heater or provide an appropriate solution. Additionally, I believe compensation or a goodwill gesture is warranted due to the inconvenience and poor service I experienced.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly.
