    My overall stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected my experience. The staff at the reception desk were quite rude and made me feel as though I was staying there for free rather than as a paying guest. They were also impolite when speaking to my parents, which was very disappointing. In addition, the toilet was not properly cleaned, and no towels were prepared in the room upon our arrival. I understand that this hotel is relatively affordable, but there are many other hotels in the same price range that offer much better service and hospitality. Good customer service should be a basic standard regardless of the room rate. Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but the poor attitude of the reception staff and the lack of cleanliness need significant improvement. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
