    It was our third time here and we were disappointed by the low levels of hospitality and preference given to the general manager mr sharma while we were arriving at the hotel . We were asked to move our car away so as to allow the GM to deboard from the car. Even after that there was no courtesy of the staff to get our luggage. Felt like how anyone feels when the maharaja arrives! The food options in the buffet were very limited. Felt like an ordinary B&B . Nothing special to write home about. Avoid if it's your hard earned money that you are spending! There are many good options in the vicinity.

    But location is very quiet , too much peace . No market nearby like shimla . If you like crowded place don't go with this . If you want peace , quite life then its ok .. view was very awesome from balcony , very chilled in night so carry winter clothes for kids specially

    We stayed there as someone recommended it to us but it didn’t meet our expectations at all. At this price of 5500/- per night, the facilities are not even at par. Cleanliness was a big concern there. Food was okayish, we ordered milk for baby and they provided it in glass, which 4 star hotel does this. Valley view was also not much good. But I really appreciate the staff behaviour and their on time service. There was some party going on for a big group who lacks basic etiquettes (staring at women) so footfall is also not that classy. Overall not a premium hotel to stay at.
