    1ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ติดถนนข้าวหลาม หน้าทางเข้ามีขายของชำ มีเซเว่น มีของกิน ฝั่งตรงข้ามคือทอฟฟี่เค้ก เลยไปนิดก็ตลาดปลาบางเเสน -บ้านพักห่างกัน ส่วนตัวดีมาก บ้านใหญ่กว้าง ปาร์ตี้ได้เลยในบ้าน มีอ่างเเช่น้ำ ข้อปรับปรุง 1.อ่างน้ำ พอเอา Bathbom มาใช้ถ้าไม่ตีฟองดีๆ สีอาจติดได้ เเต่ก็ขัดออก เเต่มันไม่ควรติด ควรเคลือบอ่าง (ถ้าไม่จัดเองต้องจ่ายค่าขัด เเต่ทำเองง่าย) 2.ในห้องมีมดขึ้นง่ายมาก ถังขยะเต็มด้วยมด เลยต้องเอาไปไว้ข้างนอกบ้าน 3.โซฟาไม่สมห้อง คือเล็กมาก พิงหัวยังไม่ได้ ควรเปลี่ยนเป็นหนังเพราะผ้าเปื้อนง่าย เเละควรใหญ่กว่านี่ 4.โต๊ะในห้องเล็กไป เเถมไม่สมประกอบอีก 5.ควรมีไฟหัวเตียงเเถวเตียง เพราะห้องเเอบมืด ไฟในห้องย่อยไป 6.หน้ากระจกไม่มีที่นั่งเเต่งหน้า 7.เเอร์ในห้องคือเบาลมได้นิดเดียว 8.ไม่เเน่ใจว่าที่พักมี รปภ ตอนดึกไหม เเต่คิกว่ามีเห็นคนเดินไปมาตรวตตรา เเต่ควรมีตรงทางเข้าดูเเล เพราะดึกๆ ใครขับเข้ามาก็ได้ อาจจะแอบกลัว เเต่ภาพรวมคือดีเเนะนำ เงียบสงบ
