    While the hotel's location is perfect, our overall stay was very disappointing. The room was not cleaned once during our entire 4-day stay. Security was non-existent. Groups gathered outside our room near the garage area late into the night making a lot of noise, and with no security present to enforce quiet hours or patrol the grounds, it did not feel safe at all. On top of that, basic amenities like water, coffee, and shampoo were never replenished; we had to physically walk to the reception in a separate building just to ask for basic supplies.

    Moldy & smelled like too much air freshener was attempting to cover something up! I had to take allergy meds to be able to sleep & slept in my clothing on top of the bed in fear of having an allergy attack.

    I said that before and I stood in our room that did not have anything then I went and I went to somewhere else I went back and I booked on what said had a full room refrigerator microwave coffee maker and then when I go to check in he’s trying to tell me that I book a standard room and I told him that the standard room came with those amenities and I showed them and he said no that I had to pay more He made me pay more. They are very tricky people they’re sneaky. They don’t want nobody in the room while they’re cleaning it and it’s so that you don’t see how disgusting their beds are broken you can see through bugs stained. It was horrible. I had to buy a bed cover With zip up and even at that they were still trying to come out had to clean the floor every day they only clean your room every three days. There’s no laundry. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody at all.
