    Went to a concert and it's a good walking distance from SM Seaside but that's about it. The room is small and you can hear every noise surrounding it. Even the staff won't bother not to shout at each other lol. I've stayed at better places with the same price point or even cheaper. The only upside is its cv store below and its en route with a free mybus ride to Fuente. There's a ₱300 early check in fee despite nearing checkin time btw. Wouldn't want to go back here.

    It's cheap, it's located near SM, it gets the job done. Yes they're some issues but the staff is friendly, you can always request help, and they do help out. Security is decent, but I would highly advise keeping things that are valuable with you. Location is not friendly in terms of late night but it has some great places nearby, a gym, a laundry shop, if you're on a budget and want a long term place this would fit the bill. My ratings are lower mainly because I had a lot of luggage, they don't have an elevator so that was a problem. Water pressure was weak since I am on the 3rd floor, aircon was a hit or miss but after cleaning it, it worked like a champ. If you're able to make compromises this place will workout fine. But for the price I paid, it's okay.

    Second time na mi nga nka booked sa Rcee Place .Maayo ang location ky walking distance lang sa SM Seaside Arena pabor sa workplace sa akong bana, pabor pod ang transportation padung Colon & Carbon,wifi signal kusog kaayo. Ang issue lang is walay trash can ug trapo sa tiil labina padung cr. Pag 1st booking namo sa akong bana walay toothpaste, toothbrush,shampoo ug sabon karon naa na. We're hoping nga sunod naa nay additional improvement. Thank you Rcee Place.
