    I've booked the hotel for my last day stay in London. We arrived at 11am, and we be able to check in immediately, very nice of the staff to allow us to check in early. On the next day, we also check out late at 12pm and all over luggage stored in luggage stored room until our car arrived at 530pm for our flight. All the staff is very helpful and friendly.

    Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Whilst staying the team chose to take care of a bird that had fallen from its nest. The care they showed a bird, especially Stephanie, shows how much they care for everyone around them. The decor, attention to detail and thoughtfulness experienced will make sure we'll definitely be returning. A special mention to duty manager Stephanie who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Even making little paper fans for us so we could cool ourselves on the hottest day of the year! We will definitely be returning. Many heartfelt thanks to the whole team!

    The first night I stayed, there was construction noise and asked to be shited to another room which was smaller but atleast was away from the noise. Staff is helpful. Only thing is, I requested late check out at 2pm or 1pm but they were unable to provide inspite of the hotel not being full. They said I would have to pay for it. This was strange for me and the staff could have been more helpful in that.
