    The room is maintained well and the bathroom is clean. The main problem in the hotel is the sloppiness of the staff. The room I stayed had no mugs or coffee sachet to make coffee. The coffee maker was not clean. After multiple complaints, they changed the coffee maker and brought two mugs but the coffee powder never came. The restaurant also was lethargic. Breakfast which is included in the tariff does not come in full and one has to keep asking for it. Even coffee takes a long time to arrive

    It was a good place but I found a lot of small cockroaches in the room.

    Of course its over priced for the shoddy town, Chengalpattu. Still there is no more competition in this town for this hotel. I arrived late in the evening; the staff struggled to handle prepaid online booking. Still I liked this hotel.
