On Agoda it is advertised and labeled as In the City Center and on the website map also shows the location right in the center near the Sanyang Rd. metro station. Actually it is 17 km from its advertised location in the very outskirts of Wuhan with nothing around it. In The morning there was one female staff who understood the problem and apologised. The rest of the staff, especially the male employees are either unhelpful or shouting loudly. Not a good experience from a 4 star Hotel international Chain. Apart for that very special female staff, who understands the concept of hospitality business. She insisted to pay for the taxi back to the center, i hope she gets reimbursed by the hotel for doing the right professional thing. She was very professional. Apart from that: Hotel is very far from the city Center. And not central as wrongly advertised. Not suitable for tourists.
