    When you Meet/Greet the folks at the front desk, they are the actual face of your property and set the tone of the stay at your location. That being said, the heavyset latina that works there really needs some training in dealing with customers as her bad attitude can really rub your clients the wrong way. Arrive 15min early before check-in and she wants to charge 35usd + tax... That's nonsense. 10min before check-in and the Indian guy was more than happy to check me in off my reservation. He was a nice and pleasant fellow. The gym was permanently closed, as was many of the other areas. Have 1 public washer and dryer but no vending machine for soap and fabcon purchase. Soda machine in the lobby was tremendously expensive, about 6usd for a bottle of coke. Running the call button for the elevator can be tricky. The room was kinda large with basic furniture and the tv didn't work, so I just streamed off my tablet shows from my country. Layout of the room a bit awkward with the shower actually in the bedroom area and not inside the bathroom. AC was cold. Upon check-out, that same latina from check-in took 5 min of me knocking on the front desk counter to get her attention to come out (maybe sleeping) and an act of God to get her to check me out. She would not provide me a final receipt even though I paid by CC... If there are any issues, I have no tangible proof and the fact I live 12,000km away, I would have massive issues should I need to dispute anything. If I ever have to come back to the US thru LAX, I would be hard-pressed to stay at this location again due to the Customer Service provided by this Front Desk agent that I had the most unfortunate pleasure of meeting. Staff got 2 stars only because of the Indian man who checked me in, otherwise, Latina gets ZERO stars.

    We couldn't even stay here. We switched rooms twice. Then the room has bugs and there’s water damage. The window was open with no screens. And I got bit by a mosquito twice in less than 5min.  And both the rooms smelled like smoke.
