    My wife and I stayed at Ras Vilas Palace during our trip to Orchha, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel property is very spacious, serene, and remarkably peaceful. The rooms and surroundings were spotlessly neat and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The food here is absolutely lovely! Every meal we had was delicious, and the food portions were sufficient. The staff are extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Location-wise, the main attractions of Orchha are about 4 km away from the palace. However, transport is never an issue. The hotel conveniently arranges vehicles on demand (pay-per-use basis). Alternatively, a quick 5-minute walk brings you to the main road, where plenty of local transport options are readily available to take you to the sights. Overall, it was a memorable stay. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for a peaceful getaway with great food and warm hospitality!

    "The swimming pool water appeared unclean and unchanged for 10–15 days. The bathroom curtains were jammed, the shower only provided hot water, and the TV remote was missing. However, the food was tasty, which was the highlight of our stay."

    Little far from city centre - can be considered a perk for peaceful stay. Staff was well behaved however underprepared. Late services in room and delayed food delivery from in house kitchen were some bad experiences for us. Property overall is amazing, spacious, and exotic. Hoping to see them improving on time keeping, food, and services.
