Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The property is clean, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of food. The coffee and desserts were especially impressive. The hotel has its own private sandy beach, which is a nice advantage. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit humid, and as a result, there was a slight smell coming from the air conditioner. One small suggestion for improvement would be for the staff at the pool to remind guests not to enter the pool with sand on their feet after coming from the beach. This would help keep the pool cleaner for everyone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

I chose Radisson Resort Phan Thiet because I trusted the standards of an international hotel brand, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. We booked the full-board package, and during one meal we found what appeared to be worm eggs on a basil leaf in the chicken dish, while the tilapia soup contained an entire worm. Finding contamination in two different dishes served at the same meal raised serious concerns about the resort's food safety and kitchen quality control. Although the resort later apologized and assisted with cancelling the remaining nights of our stay, the initial response did not reflect the seriousness of the situation. Food safety should never be compromised. In addition, the room did not meet our expectations. The bed sheets were old, worn, and tore easily during normal use, which further reflected poor maintenance. I appreciate the resort for acknowledging the issue and apologizing, but this experience significantly affected our holiday. I hope the management takes meaningful action to improve food safety, quality control, and overall guest experience so that future guests—both Vietnamese and international travelers—do not have to go through the same experience.
