The hotel was very well maintained. Was able to use the hotel for short transit only but it does seem like it was worth it.

The staff friendly greet me when check in. The room was very clean and easy to access. The photos decoration inside bedroom were a bit unusual. I felt like that guy was looking at me both from head of the bed and foot of the bed. Despite the photos, I like the humor on toiletries packages.

The location is exceptional for travelers who need a night before catching the flight. Yes, it’s pricey but the room is very nice, the design, the amenities are lovely.

I left my RL cardigan in Room 1339, only realised after I checked in to the airport departure at 7pm local time, call the hotel front desk immediately but there is no one pick up the phone until the flight departed, sent an email at the same time.
call the front desk again after 24 hrs, someone pick up the phone and told me they are too busy to check and asked me to send an email.
There is still no reply when this review is written, 2 days has passed, if not for the branded cardigan which I only wore once, I would not have rated 1 star for the staff.
