    Amazing stay at Radisson

    We booked this hotel for our anniversary because it had a spa. This hotel could have been amazing but was not. When we arrived, we discovered the spa had been closed for a month already, yet nothing on the hotel website stated this, nor was anything written on other booking sites. We spoke to a member of staff who said "what are we supposed to do, get our IT department to put it on the website"? urm, yes!! We asked for some alternative options and waited a day or so and then finally spoke to a manager who apologized and offered us a taxi to the airport and we worked with Agoda to sort out a form of compensation. Agoda were great and offered us £65 as a compensation which was a reasonable conclusion, but I would not recommend the *** if you want a spa and polite staff! Breakfast was outstanding, except staff hovering and asking you to submit a review of them by name to ***. We also had brown water running out of our tap on the 2nd day which was awful, but it was fixed.
