    if i were to go to manipal again i would stay here, its very hygenic and the staff are very cooperative and freiendly, mostly its the services they offer for the price point is exceptional

    While most hotels have a 24 hrs period, this hotel gives a room for 22 hours, with no provision of early check in or late check out. They charge Rs 250 per hour for every hour beyond the 12PM check in 10 AM check out, non negotiable. The staff at reception are impolite, and do not give receipt for any amount paid. There are many more hotels in Manipal with polite staff, and better policies aimed towards customer comforts. I will certainly avoid this hotel.

    It was a good budget stay. I recommend this place...location is great, good staff, no problem at all.
