EXPENSIVE ROOM RATES, ROOMS ARE BIG BUT NOT UPTO THE MARK. NO GOOD BREAKFAST, IN HOUSE RESTUARANT IS NOT GOOD.

The location of the hotel and other facilities are fine. The breakfast was not good. Staff needs some more training.

Nice resort, but the staff at the reception was quite rude. We got our rooms only because we had booked through Agoda — otherwise, the receptionist’s attitude was extremely arrogant, as if he owned the place. He seemed to be finding reasons not to allocate the room. When you arrive at a hotel late at night with kids and elderly people, you expect the staff to make you comfortable. Instead, as soon as we reached the front desk, he said there were no rooms. Only after we mentioned our Agoda booking did he check and say one room was available. When we clarified that we had booked two rooms, he reluctantly agreed. We also asked for an extra bed, which he initially refused. Later, another room service staff member mentioned that the rooms were big enough and arranged an extra bed, charging ₹800 for it. Overall, it’s a nice stay, but the front desk experience completely spoiled the impression. It would be better to appoint someone more polite, especially at night. In contrast, the lady at the front desk in the morning greeted us very well during checkout.
