Quill City Suites At KLCC

I made a booking, my money has been deducted but i cannot reach the person in charge for check in. So i cannot check in & my money burn!

We booked this spot around 4pm on the day itself. Understood that its last minute so we waited at the residence for 15-30mins trying to call and email but the number cannot be reached and the email was not responded. Tried to message multiple times on chat but left on read. We even went to the security and he said the property owner needs to respond. So now RM280 that I did not use, I’ve also been trying to reach out to CS but to no avail there is no response! Honestly a very bad and waste of money experience, worst that its my birthday.

My first impression at Quill City Suites were not good. The first night I checked-in I met the manager at 22:00. After meeting the manager he transferred me to the Majestic residences across the street. Upon entering the room it was dirt all over the living room floor, bathroom, and kitchen sinks. Plus, room floormats contained heavy amounts of debris. Bathroom mirror was filthy, refrigerator was dirty with dead flies all on the inside. Also, the microwave contained large amounts of food residue from previous guests. That said, Majestic residence did not contain the room I originally paid for on Agoda and it was not ready for a new guest check-in either. It was down graded room. On my second day, I spoke and complained to the manager about the room's condition and I was moved to the correct room I booked on Agoda (Deluxe One bedroom). The new room was slightly improved. But, the bathroom mirrors and bedroom mirrors were dirty. Roaches were in the bathroom and kitchen area at night time. Additionally, both the living room and bedroom air-conditioning unit contained a large amount of dust and debris. The living room ceiling fan contained a large amount of dust and underneath the room bed frames as well. In conclusion, all AC units, ceiling fans, refrigerators, micowaves, room sinks, bedroom frames and room mirrors need to be through cleaned prior to each guest checking in. Personally, I would not recommend this location due to very poor cleanliness, bad pest control and room mismanagement issues.

Our reservation at Majestic Residence were cancelled last minute and we booked this stay as last minute alternative and it was the best choice ever. Definitely will book again in future.
