    ​"The thermal facilities were enjoyable. The Wellness Spa wet areas were quite clean, and the staff was attentive. ​The thermal options are a bit limited, as the pool is on the smaller side. However, the rooms were lovely—spacious, airy, and with high ceilings. Our room had a beautiful mountain view. The staff's customer relations were excellent; the receptionists are a professional team who do their jobs well and are very helpful with everything. I would recommend this hotel."

    Air-conditioning not working during our stay and forced to open the windows which noisy for street facing. The food in the restaurant also terrible taste for the money we paid. The Turkish bath is an experience but better for you to pay for outside bath houser service and better staying experience
