    Our room (112B) was beautifully appointed and super clean. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the inclusions, fittings, decor, wall art, furnishings and layout. The little touches (calm sleep tea bags left with explanatory notes; complementary chocolate bar, bottles of water offered on checkout, etc.) were so nice and thoughtful. The two single beds joined to form a king were very comfortable and the bed linen and covers were bright, crisp and new. The kitchenette was really well designed and appointed too. The small bar fridge was whisper quiet, unlike those in some other hotels. Really my only suggestion for making it even better - and it’s a mild one- would be to give the stained grout in the shower booth and tiled area about 20cm from outside the door of the shower a bit of a deep clean with a stain removed. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet were extremely clean to a high standard and the shower head is an excellent design and flow.

    My stay in the hotel room was genuinely delightful. The moment I walked in, the space felt inviting—clean, thoughtfully arranged, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room stayed quiet throughout my stay, which made it perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. The Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable, and the air‑conditioning kept the temperature just right. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping everything fresh without ever feeling intrusive. Overall, the room struck a perfect balance between comfort and practicality. It felt like a little retreat—somewhere I’d happily return to on my next trip.

    A damp mattress and carpet under the window. Dried urine on the toilet seat and lid, raising hygiene concerns. Yet to receive any communication back from The Quest.
