The price is cheap for a family's travel while the location is far from the downtown. The staff are friendly and helpful but the cleaning and facility are both ok, not very good. In balance, it is good choice for a budget travel.

It exceeded my expectations. I was only hoping for a place to stay for one night but little did I know that the room I booked was actually huge and comfortable. I felt too relaxed that's why I missed breakfast. I'm coming back for sure!

In doing a Google search prior to booking multiple fraudulent sites apparently exist and phone numbers. Unfortunately, I unknowingly called one of the fraudulent numbers listed in the Google search and was told the security deposit was $20. When in fact, it was 150. Again, not the fault of the hotel however they should do something regarding these online sites representing the hotel. When I arrived, the room left a lot to be desired. Somewhat outdated furniture and dried blood was noted on the telephone. When going down for their complementary breakfast they were out of several items, including eggs. The bathroom light fixture was missing a shade and the bathroom could have been a little bit more thoroughly cleaned. When I presented my concerns to the front desk on Sunday morning (I only stayed 1 night), I was informed that he would let the manager know, and I would be contacted on Monday, which never happened.
