Quality Inn Lawton near Fort Sill

So I travel for work now days between OKC and Houston and every place I stay for a few days I try to find a good hotel with friendly people and good prices and I thought this one was it UNTIL I was disrespected, embarrassed, and above all else discriminated against.... so I even recommended my guys to stay at this hotel PURCHASED 4 ROOMS FOR one of the times I stayed here mind u I stayed over at least 20 times here, remember that because it comes in handy on my feeling of utter just disrespect I was giving from the staff, so not all the staff here am I referring too the one I'm referring to probably knows who she is but she is someone who for sure does have a say so in how the hotel operates THAT'S FOR SURE and I respect her for that but the disrespect embarrassment and discrimination she showed me for literally no reason at all was truly uncalled for.... Btw shout out to breakfast lady the late night guy who works behind the desk and 2 of the house keepers they are AWESOME!!! BUT The last time I stayed here I went in to get my deposit, mind you you might pay a deposit if you go there then again you might not You might pay $20 like one person did You might pay $50 like I did You might pay a $100 like a friend of mine did The deposit bounces around so much that you never know how much you're going to pay it all comes down to who u are or something like that I'm not sure how they determine who pays what price on the deposit but there is some type of scale or chart they go by because it's not just like a Tuesday everyone pays 20 and Friday everyone pays 100 no it literally goes by some other way because u could walk in tonight and pay 50 and ur buddy whose next in line will be charged a $100 deposit literally has happened to me first hand have seen this scenario happen first hand!! So u see where I'm goin with this yet.... ***discrimination incoming**** whenever you get there Now mind you I have a service dog a SERVICE DOG AS IN HE'S MORE WELL-BEHAVED THAN I AM TO BE HONEST WITH YOU.. hotels technically aren't supposed to charge extra for a service dog so I can't sit here and tell you guys that this is the reason why this happened to me because of all the times that I've stayed there not one time have I ever missed anything up have they ever had a problem with me have I ever done anything wrong has my dog ever done anything wrong or messed anything up period! But for some reason on this day I walk into the front desk area to get my deposit back and the lady immediately goes off on me starts disrespecting me telling me I'm not allowed welcome back at the hotel and I'm like what in the world is going on right now What did I do just out of nowhere just flipped out on me she says You've got a dog I'm like yes you guys know I have a dog That's not a first thing I even brought the badge that technically I'm not supposed to have to show you guys but I brought it to show you guys so you can tell he was a service dog but I've been staying here over 20 times now and you're just now talking to me about my dog?? Who again is more well behaved then me??!! Well the guy who I'm pretty sure is the owner of the property was trien to calm her down... And now I get it because she did have another lady who was up there at the same time trien to get her deposit back as well side note my friend and this other lady that night had been charged 100 deposit I was only charged 50 and the night before was charged no deposit explain that to me please!!! Anyway the owner tries calming the lady down and tries his hardest to take care of the customers at the same time... He tells the lady to go check out my room she does and like always comes back down and there were no problems with my room... So she changes her tone only slightly though because now she has gone from I'm banned to whenever I come to stay at the hotel I have to pay a 150 dollar deposit!!!!!!!! Like seriously is this because of me having a dog!!!???? A SERVICE DOG!!!! THAT'S WHEN I KNEW AND RE

Vinnie is not very nice and treats guests like criminals rather than paying customers
