Guests have to be buzzed in to keep the homeless people out! Room was not made up or serviced the 1st night I stayed! An extra charge was to be added the third day because I was staying in a room with two beds i had been in the room for two days and had all sample kits in the Room and an appointment pending at 10 so they couldn't move to they wanted to give me Queen at 11 am! I got in a dispute with the manager and wanted my money or to reverse the Reservation she wouldn't do it! She called police on me! Two police cars and a Paddy wagon! I"m a 73 year old man from Alberta with health conditions hypertention with previous strokes I found deeply distressing! The police rushed me out of my Hotel room unfortunately I left my Wallet and some items behind I had to come back to get them they eanted me to sign a waiver that they were in good order I wouldn't sign because I wanted to count my money and check and see if my credit cards were there, I left my phone on the counter and the women said if I didn't sign they not give my mobile phone back! Something like this has never happened to me in staying at any Hotel on business or holiday in Canada or any many countries I have traveled to in 40 years! I should mention I am from Alberta and had planned to leave in a couple of days! All I can say is welcome to Saskatoon!
