    We planned our 3 first nights here at Quality inn and suites. We ended up with 7 nights because we were comfortable with the beds, the staff and that there are no homeless or adicts around the hotel and the parking. We have a car so we can drive to the places we want, don't need a central placed hotel. It needs refurbishing but for the price we where satisfyed.

    This Quality Inn is clearly one of those properties that’s long overdue for a complete renovation, both inside and out. It feels neglected and worn down, with multiple maintenance issues that made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. In our assigned room (***), King Suite, there were several broken or damaged items right from the start—furniture with chipped or cracked pieces, and general signs of wear that suggested nothing had been updated in years. The windows were particularly problematic: they wouldn’t stay open on their own, requiring us to prop one open with whatever we could find just to get some fresh air. Even worse, one of the windows was missing its screen entirely, which not only let in bugs but also felt unsafe. The thermostat was completely non-functional—it didn’t respond at all, leaving us without any reliable heating or cooling. With no way to regulate the temperature properly, we had to rely on that propped-open window for ventilation, which wasn’t ideal, especially at night. The bathroom was in rough shape overall, with framed pictures on the walls that looked battered and unclean. Most concerning was the visible black mold growing prominently in the main entry area of the room (near the door and along the walls/ceilings). This isn’t just unsightly—it’s a serious health hazard, especially for anyone sensitive to mold or with respiratory issues. The presence of mold suggests ongoing moisture problems that haven’t been addressed, which ties into the broader sense that the hotel needs thorough professional remediation and upgrades to bring it up to basic standards. Overall, it left us regretting the stay and eager to check out as soon as possible. December 29-Jan1, 2026
