    It’s a standard hotel. The rooms are very nice, but some do have flaws such as the fridge not working, no remote to access the TV, or no body wash, but other than that… it looks great, very comfortable and cozy. 7.5/10

    I booked this place by accident thinking it was close to the AUS airport. Turned out it was about 30-31 miles out (45 mins - 1 hour drive). However, I wound up liking it. It has a pool (water was way too cold) 😂 and it had a decent breakfast. I won't stay again but only due to the distance. But GREAT property. Friendly staff. Nice clean room.

    I would like to thank the entire staff at this Quality Inn in Elgin,TX.. All though I went thru a third party for a better rate this time around. I would not mind having to pay a little extra, rather than go cheaper elsewhere and pay for what you get. I was very pleased from the time that I checked-in until I checked-out. At check-in the young lady was able to accommodate my needs by placing me on rhe first floor as I requested. And then during my four day stay, each day as I returned from work. I noticed that the room was cleaned and old towels taken with new re-stocked. Not to mention that the pillow and bed were super comfortable. And was able to get a good night's rest each day, without any type of disturbances. I would and will come back and stay at your location again if working around this area. Thank-you again and keep up the good work!!
