    Great central location in Newcastle. Lots of nice pubs and places to eat nearby. The only criticism I could give is in relation to the body wash, conditioner and shampoo. Having bottles that can be accessed by anyone, can be an infection control issue. I would suggest either sealed bottles or bottles that can't be accessed.

    Great location, room was tidy and clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Staff always greet with a smile. The restaurant was convenient, drinks and food were pricey compared to other restaurants around the areas.
