    Room: Small, but just enough for our budget. It’s easy to hear the city noise (traffic, horns, music) in the room. However, we had a good night’s rest, because the noise outside also stopped later in the evening. Shower: strong water jet, good hot water. However, everything gets wet in the bathroom, including toilet and sink. Hygiene: Good WiFi: Stable, but slow Staff: 2 receptionists nearly didn’t speak to us, they just looked down on their desk all the time. But we were so happy and thankful that we received an early check in, because our night bus arrived way too early.

    Absolutely zero customer service. They only staff one person at a time and the 2 guys that we saw there saw during our our stay were ridiculous. Never greeted whether we were coming or going from the hotel. One had his eyes glued to his gaming on the hotel computer and never even looked up. Not even when we spoke to him. The other one seemed under the influence thw whole time. Although some of us were smokers we never smoked inside the hotel as its a non-smoking facility. However, the one guy and his pals would play cards, drink, smoked in the lobby area once it got past 830pm. The location was an easy walk to the night market. That was the only positive thing about this hotel. I wish it was a different story but thats the truth you'll get from me. Never again, not even if u paid me to!
