Overall, a very good stay. Great check-in and Front Desk services by Alrick, Steven., and Argenis. The housekeeping and maintenance crew are great at keeping this place clean and running. As it is Winter at the moment, if the maintenance/housekeeping could service and clean the air-con vents will be great, it gets a bit dusty as it is used 24/7 and dust bits fall off sometimes from the air-con vents. Thank you.

The hostel is okay, and the location is fine too. But there's no elevator here; you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. And I booked this hotel in two separate bookings: first one night, and then three more nights through a different app. So I had two different bookings, but both under my name. When I checked into the hostel, there was a guy at the counter who told me that since I had two separate bookings, I would have to check out of my room at 11 am after the first night, take all my luggage downstairs, and then check in again at 4 pm. I told him I had heavy luggage and couldn't carry it up and down the stairs repeatedly, but he refused to listen to me. I felt really bad about this. He was very rude, as if he hated Indians.

Loudest hostel ever. Bathrooms tiny, damp, sinks microscopic, and showers have one hook with a used loofah—yummy. No tables anywhere except the basement area. Some windows have no curtains, so sunlight will drag you out of bed like a medieval torture device.
First-floor dorms near reception? Enjoy human conversation from 8 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. plus subway 7 rumble. Dormmates ignore quiet hours completely. Honestly, a refugee camp might feel like a luxury resort compared to this place.
