    Overall we have a good trip. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Nice bed. Near restaurant & opposite supermarket. Stayed at downstairs room & toilets have cockroach smell. That’s only thing we dislike. No shower cap & toothbrush/paste given. Shower no good as no hand held tools. For budget hotel with rm 76 still considered acceptable with this price.

    Forgot to bring my phone charger, ask staff (YUKI) if has any extra charger for me to borrow and she let me use for 1 night and return back after my check out. Really appreciate her kindness and grateful.

    Saya pendekkan cerita ini hotel sy sangat suka sangat selesa tetapi housekipping betul seorang pencuri.saya tinggal set mandian alasan dia buang semua pencuci muka sy ubat gigi yg semua masi penuh mustahil dia buang saya sampai korek sampah belakang hotel untuk dapatkan semuala barang barang saya tapi satu sampah dalam bilik saya tak ada dalam sampah belakang semua sampah ada dekat sana tapi kenapa sampah dgn semua set mandian saya tak ada saya.saya sanggup korek sampah untuk dapat kan semula barang saya tapi memang tak ada housekipping tu tak tolong pun korek sampah sebab bagi saya mesti dia tahu barang tu kat mana dan dia pun tak nak korek sampah ti sebab dia tau sampah tu tak ada barang saya.Saya harap ambik tindakkan kepada housekipping indonisa ini saya yakin barang saya dia tak buang tapi dia ambil…sebelum ini saya ada duduk hotel mana2 tempat tapi bila tertinggal barang apa pun kita kena simpan tggu 1mggu baru kita boleh biat tindakkan.Alasan housekipping tu dia nak cepat biat kerja dia buang semua barang saya yang tggl dalam toilet tu dan alasan semua barang saya sdh mahu habis .dia ada bukti ka barang saya semua suda habis..ibat gigi saya kotak nya saya buang dalam tong sampah.jika sampah saya dia bunag semua kenapa sampah sy korek kat belakang tak jumpa sampah dalam bilik tu saya ingat apa sampah saya dalam bilik tu.tapi semalam saya korek sampah memang tak ada.saya harap pihak hotel ambik tindakkan kepada pekerja indonisa itu .jika simpan lama nanti customer yang akan datang lagi teruk barang hilang .Saya sakit hati dengan tindakan pekerja indonesia tu.harap ambik tindakan pihak hotel

    Bahaya duduk sini barang yg tinggal housekipping akan ambik dan alasan dia nak cepat dia buang semua barang kononnya smpi saya korek sampah belakang hotel untuk dapat kan barang saya sbb.saya terlupa 2jam kemudian datang nak ambik alasan dia suda buang korek sampah dekat belakang tapi tak napak sampah saya.saya berharap pihak hotel call saya
