The biggest drawback of this resort is its location. It is quite far from most tourist places, and there is very little public transport available. Autos generally do not come to this area, and the roads leading to the resort are in very poor condition. The location also felt quite unsafe, especially because the resort is situated in a secluded corner. The road around the property has a large number of stray dogs, which made walking around the area uncomfortable, particularly at night. Although Uber/Rapido bikes can sometimes be booked, the resort staff reportedly discourage the drivers from coming inside and threaten them, while the resort’s own auto charges are extremely expensive. The rooms were also disappointing. They were not as clean or spacious as expected and felt very congested. There was also a noticeable smell in the room. I would strongly suggest not relying completely on the pictures shown online, as they did not accurately represent the property and appeared to be AI-generated images. On the positive side, the food at the in-house restaurant was good. The reception and security staff were also approachable, kind and helpful. Overall, the main issue is the location and the lack of accessibility. If you have your own/rented bike and are comfortable travelling around, you can consider staying here. However, don’t expect a typical resort experience — it feels more like a regular room stay. For the same or even lower price, there are many hotels closer to the beach and tourist attractions. I would personally choose a more accessible and better-located property next time.

The behavior of the staff is very good and cooperative but the maintenance of property is poor in comparison to that. If you are with family and don't have your own vehicle, the property management may even pay for your stay. A good asset needs good maintenance If you don't eat breakfast, it's good to have more quantity of food but not quality food.

Bad experience with booking with agoda. Very bad customer service at India help line. Custom care personal of agoda was talking very rudly and unrespectfull. Bad location of hotel with no road and transportation facility at hotel site. I booked and paid for three nights but left in one day. No refund for rest two days . I recommend never book with agoda.
