    It says that it is a luxury hotel.. but there is nothing in there that says luxury .. the staff barely helps with our luggage .. they waiters are mean to us but nice to others maybe because we aren't Europeans because that is the only explanation … I clearly reserved 2 double rooms which means both with balcony.. and i showed them evidence even agoda representative told me I'm right.. and made a compensation.. but the hotel insisted i’m wrong .. and due to the rain and floods everything was broken and smelly.. the beach next to the hotel is disgusting and smells like sewage … over all i was not satisfied and i wont recommend it especially considering its price for value .. and just a small tip .. the beach over port de soller generally isn’t nice at all it looks dirty and grey-ish
