Nos tocó un lugar lindo con lo necesario y silencioso que era lo que más me preocupaba está súper bien ubicado y además es transitado por las noches e iluminado seguro

The place is clean and exactly same as those pictures. It is in a good location, lots of good food, shops and attractions nearby. Easy assess to every places. The staff are friendly, and they prepare hot breakfast by their own and it’s yummy! I would stay here again in my next Mexico trip!

The good  Egyptian cotton bedsheet – crisp yet soft, comfortable, feels like home  Thick bathrobes and towels – fluffy, absorbent, a pleasure to use  Bedroom slippers  Generally, the room ad public spaces feel clean and fresh. The bad û No lift – terrible if you have large luggage and stay on the upper floors. û No fridge in the room û No drinking water in the room, even though there was a kettle, teapot, tea cups and tea leaves. How am I supposed to make tea with the lovely tea set and tea leaves without any water? û You don’t have a key to go out or come back in to this building. Someone has to let you out and let you in. To be fair, there is usually someone who does so quite quickly but the feeling is not nice, you are at the mercy of someone letting you in and out. û The restrictive breakfast – on a piece of paper, you write down the time you are going to have breakfast, pick the items you want and these remain the same for the rest of your stay. Why is this a good idea I don’t know. Not like I fill in different papers for different days. That same time and same items for the whole of your stay. If different choices can be made for different days, this was NOT conveyed to me. û I changed my mind about my times of breakfast and told the receptionist. I saw her nodding to acknowledge my request. But it was not conveyed to the kitchen. û There is no daily housekeeping and this was not conveyed to me. I only found out online. û The double room was quite spacious but poorly planned. There were two armchairs and a small table for you to drink tea and a large king bed. But no table for you to work, to place/ organise your things. û There was a side table on each side of the bed but only one side table lamp. Why? What is so difficult about having one lamp on each side table? û The wardrobe is a decent size but there were only 3 hangers. When I requested for more hangers I was told I cannot be given more. For a large room, with a decent size wardrobe which may be used by people stay for many days with many clothes, 3 hangers sound too few, no? û The bathroom is tiny; if you hang the towel or bathrobe in the bathroom to use after shower, you are likely to get them wet. û There is no rubber around the bathroom door to keep water in, so the floor outside the bathroom will definitely be wet not matter how careful you are. û At the dining area/ courtyard which seems to be communal spaces, someone could decide to play loud music and you would not be able to do your work or enjoy some quiet time. û The Spanish speaking staff hardly spoke English. So communication is through translation app. û There is a restaurant supposedly, but what is the opening hours, where is the menu, who to order from etc is not communicated. û Bottomline – this place lacks interest in the customers and communication. At no time and at no place did I see what services are offered at this place. There aren’t any places or anyone that told us what services are offered or what I need to request, e.g. housekeeping frequency, where to request, if it comes with cost, kitchen opening hours, menu, who is the staff, how to order; use of communal spaces, what I can use, when I can use. I don’t understand this place, I don’t feel welcomed, I don’t miss it and I would not choose to come back again.
