    We had a wonderful stay at Pueblo Bonito in Cabo and truly enjoyed the entire experience. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and the ocean views are absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay feel very comfortable and effortless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great balcony view — perfect for enjoying the Cabo sunsets. The food across the restaurants was excellent with plenty of variety, and the service everywhere in the resort was consistently attentive and friendly. What we appreciated the most was the relaxed atmosphere. Whether it was lounging by the pool, walking along the beach, or enjoying dinner with the ocean in the background, everything felt peaceful and well organized. Overall, Pueblo Bonito delivered a great vacation experience, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo. It’s a perfect mix of beautiful location, great service, and a very relaxing vibe.

    Coming to Cabo for the first time this was not a bad option for us booking at the last minute. We wanted something adults only that was all inclusive. The facilities were very clean but I would say some work needs to be done in areas. The staff for poolside drinks and such were very inattentive our first pool day. We had to flag someone over for drinks a few times. When we booked a Cabana at a sister resort it was different, as we had our own server. Throughout the stay it did start to get better. We ate at the steakhouse for an extra charge and we should have fought the charge..husbands steak was not done to his asking. We had to send it back but it was basically put under a heat lamp and nothing was cooked yet again…we know this because the plate all of a sudden was very “hot” but it was not when we were first served. However, since we sat at the shark tank (sales pitch) for 2hrs we received $400 resort credits in compensation so we truly never had to pay for dinner except with our time. I will say the sales pitch was tempting but when we considered all of our options, it was too good to be true. Some of the numbers thrown around were not fully accurate. We took the shuttle into Rose and I will say I would never stay there, the poolside loungers itself have definitely been well loved and should probably be changed out. However, the location made up for it and so did the Asian restaurant we at ate in the evening. Going back to the cabana…we rented it at the last minute at the Skypool and that place was amazing for its views and service. The bed in the cabana was very comfortable. The price was fabulous as well for the day! This was located at their Sunset resort. I will point out, it seems a lot of things were an “extra” charge at the market at the sunset resort. That was very unappealing. Again, we had free money so we used it. The best thing about this resort though was seeing whales right off the beach. The beach is not swimmable due to the fact it drops off anywhere from 300-1000ft right off the coast. The video and pictures I took are breathtaking. All in all, we would stay here again. Only if the price is right… :)

    the staff is not friendly, this resort is kinda shady, they make the guest pay extra on most of the service and restaurant ,even though its a all exclusive. they dont let the taxi in to pick you up because they want to charge a taxi fee to take you to the gate to catch a taxi. The food are bad, will not recommend this resort or come back.
