    REALLY WE ENJOY THE ATAY AT NIGHT WITH VERY CALM WITH NEW EXPERIANCE OF THE WAVE SOUND. OUR SLEEP WAS WONDERFUL AFTER A LONG RIDE. IN THE DAY TIME WE EXPERIANCED THE TIDE WHICH WAS EARLIER IN OUR KNOWLEDGE ONLY.

    Considering the town Rameswaram is small , the place was very good. It was on the beach , and just half km from the main temple. Hotel staff was very nice especially Kumar and Arjun. Also the Hotel people arranged us auto and a cab also to travel the nearby places. Food was also very good. Rooms are spacious and even if you don’t take a sea view room you will still get a view as soon as you come out of your room. Highly recommended place if you are in Rameswaram.

    Beautiful location, but a ridiculous and disappointing stay! The only positives were the beautiful seaside view, good ambience, and decent food. Everything else was extremely disappointing. The staff are poorly trained and communication is a major issue. Most staff speak Hindi and struggle to communicate in English. When we raised the concern that staff should at least be able to communicate in a commonly understood language, Nixon responded with an attitude saying, “we cannot force the staff to speak Tamil.” We were not asking anyone to be forced to speak Tamil—we simply expected basic communication with guests. The experience honestly felt like the resort is specifically targeting North Indian guests, which is quite surprising for a resort in Rameshwaram, Tamil Nadu. If that is the target clientele, it should be clearly mentioned to guests. The room had a pungent smell, the toilet was not properly cleaned, and we found tiny insects on the bed—completely unacceptable. Wi-Fi was also unreliable. The TV had zero Tamil channels, with Hindi being the predominant regional language. This further added to the impression that Tamil guests are not being considered. Overall, a beautiful location ruined by poorly trained staff, communication issues, inadequate housekeeping, insects in the bed, unreliable Wi-Fi, zero Tamil channels, and poor guest service. Definitely not the experience we expected. Management needs to seriously improve staff training, cleanliness, amenities, and guest service.
