    When there was an event we were told to go and eat outside the hotel and would not even serve drinks at the bar in the evening due to the event. The service is slow and their breakfast is the worst we have seen in all our world travels..there was no bread with breakfast,The room was ok except for the toilet blocking once I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    super happy at nakita ko tong hotel nato. super worth it talaga. npka babait ng mga staff. the best ang pool. malinis,masarap ang food. and the best part? no hussle ang island hopping dahil asa port n mismo. pwede ka s knila mg avail ng tour. asikasong asikaso ka ng mga staff. my luggage area din cl pra s mga guest na nkpg check out n pero s knila ng avail ng tour. super bait ng mga staff.. wla ka mapipintas s hotel nto. love n love ko kayoooo. haha. babalik kami dito. godbless and s mga staff. the best kayo!!!

    My family still had some enjoyable moments at Proxy Hotel, mainly because of the convenient location, but our three-night stay came with a lot of disappointments. We booked a Junior Suite, but the room felt smaller than the photos suggested. I regret upgrading because it felt almost the same as the Deluxe Room. The balcony was also very plain, and there was ongoing construction during our stay. The biggest issue was the bathroom’s sliding door. It had no lock and a gap that left very little privacy, especially when using the toilet. This setup might work for couples, but I wouldn’t recommend it for friends or groups sharing a room. I was really looking forward to using the gym, but it had no air-conditioning. They provided a fan, but it stayed pointed in one direction, which wasn’t enough to make the space comfortable. The restaurant’s food selection was limited, and there was a corkage fee for bringing in outside food. Thankfully, a 7-Eleven was nearby. Breakfast was very basic and almost the same every day, not what I expected for the price we paid. My daughter initially enjoyed the pool, but after noticing several insects in the water, she stopped swimming and didn’t want to return for the rest of our stay. There were also a lot of ants inside our room. The only mirror provided was small and wasn’t very clear. One night might have been manageable, but for three nights, it didn’t feel worth the price. By the first night, I was already considering transferring to another hotel. The location was a plus, but the overall experience fell short of our expectations.
