We stayed for four days. The building and rooms were clean and didn't feel old, and the shower's water pressure and temperature were excellent. The service from all the staff was wonderful, and we had a very pleasant stay every day. The breakfast was a daily buffet and very delicious. We were very satisfied. However, we had reserved a twin room, but at check-in, we were told there were no twin rooms available and were given a double room. The next day, they changed our room to a twin, but it was smaller than the room in the photos of Agoda, we saw when we booked, and it didn't have the sofa that was shown in the pictures. (I think the published photos should be corrected.) Additionally, the toilet was not clean... very dirty actually. There were two geckos in the room that were noisy at night. (They might still be there, so they should be caught.) We ordered coffee and tea twice at the café in the hotel, but each time they were not good. I think the staff need training to make better lattes, mochas, and teas. The taste did not match the price, and we were quite surprised at the cost when we paid. The most disappointing thing was the extremely unstable Wi-Fi. During our four-day stay, especially at night, we couldn't use the Wi-Fi at all. For travelers, a hotel with unusable Wi-Fi is a significant negative point, so we hope this is improved as soon as possible. Thank you for the four days. Although it is far from the city center and a bit inconvenient, we think it is above average. We hope it becomes the hotel with the highest customer satisfaction in Yangon. Thank you very much.
