Prime Select Kattameya One

A beautiful, clean, and comfortable place with excellent staff service. Its only drawback is the access method you need to enter via barcode, which wasn't available.

I have arrived late around 9pm & no response from the property owner, I have suffered 3hrs finding hotel as there is no proper service help desk to contact.

The place is excellent, very clean, with refined and respectful service from Prime Company, especially Mr. Mahmoud. I highly recommend this place for staying in Cairo and will choose it every time I visit.

Be prepared to spend at least three hours trying to find this hotel! The address provided on the booking platform was incorrect, the contact phone number was unreachable, and there was no staff available to assist with check-in. I had to ask a passerby and two security guards for help, and after a lot of frustration and effort, I finally managed to find the property. What made the experience even worse was that during our three-night stay, maintenance work was carried out on two separate days. Workers came to repair pipes and other facilities. On one occasion, when I returned to the apartment, I found the door wide open, with maintenance workers going in and out. This was extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about privacy and security. Apart from these issues, the apartment itself was actually quite nice, and the accommodation was comfortable. However, the check-in process, inaccurate location information, lack of communication, and poorly managed maintenance work significantly affected our experience. I sincerely hope the management improves these issues so that future guests don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience.
