I travel here a lot for medical and once again always try to book this hotel. Recently the staff went even further and above and beyond. They also are able to provide wheelchairs when needed. Out of all the hotels in Prince Rupert this is my first pick. 10/10

The accommodations were fine, a bit pricey but I guess they can charge it because of where you are? I think I just feel a little disappointed because of the boiled water restrictions that was in place.

Awesome facility and good rooms. Spacious and meet all expectations. The pool was under renovation which was a bit disappointing. However they r near completion so should be great by summer!

The overall stay was good, only issue on last day was they tried to come in early saying we checked out but neither room did until check out time.
