I stayed for two days It was nice to stay here. Ambience is good. Staff is very cooperated.

The hotel's facilities and services are good. I had my room changed when something went wrong with the first one. Good customer service too, Evans in particular.

1/5 — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! PAID RESERVATION, CONFIRMED BOOKING, YET NO ROOM! My experience at Pressken VI was absolutely disgraceful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before making a reservation. I made my reservation in advance, paid in full, and received confirmation of my booking. Believing my accommodation was secured, I went out for an evening outing and returned to the hotel shortly after 11 PM, exhausted and ready to get some much-needed rest. To my absolute shock, I was informed that there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! Apparently, the hotel had sold out my room despite having a confirmed, fully paid reservation. How does a supposedly professional hotel justify giving away a room that a guest has already paid for? What made this experience even more infuriating was the staff's attempt to shift the blame onto me simply because I had booked through a third-party platform. They claimed they had not seen my reservation. However, during the back-and-forth, one of their own staff members inadvertently revealed that they had failed to confirm the reservation on their end. So, rather than take responsibility for their internal failure, they tried to make their incompetence my problem! As if that wasn't bad enough, I spent approximately THREE HOURS trying to get my money refunded! Imagine returning to a hotel late at night, completely exhausted, expecting to sleep in a room you had already paid for, only to be stranded, arguing over a refund for hours because of the hotel's poor management. There was absolutely no justification for this level of incompetence. A confirmed and paid reservation should mean exactly that: A ROOM IS RESERVED AND AVAILABLE FOR THE PAYING GUEST! This experience demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, customer service, and basic hospitality standards. The entire ordeal was frustrating, stressful, and utterly unnecessary. Pressken VI, this is an absolute disgrace! Guests should not have to suffer because of your failure to manage reservations properly. If you cannot honor confirmed bookings, you have no business accepting people's payments in the first place. My advice: BE VERY CAREFUL BOOKING THIS HOTEL, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ARRIVING LATE AT NIGHT. A CONFIRMED, PAID RESERVATION APPARENTLY MEANS NOTHING HERE! Terrible experience. Terrible reservation management. Terrible customer service. Never again!
