Location is topnotch - the hotel is right around the corner of Hatagaya station (3 min walk) and there is a bus station right in front (1 min walk). There’s also a family mart, 7/11 and 2 fullblown grocery stores nearby so it was great for late night food runs. Many food options in the area too. The beds were super comfortable and the room itself was clean. Room is small, but nothing you wouldnt expect in Tokyo in general. There was enough room to open our 2 luggages so space is pretty sufficient. Only downside is the bathroom was very small and cramped, but given all the upsides, this was very forgivable. It’s self-check in but overall seamless and the host was very responsive every time i had questions. U can also get free refills of shampoo, body soap and facial cleansers. Towel replacements are not free, but you can get a new one for 100yen. There’s a shared living room on the 3rd floor which was very nice and cozy, and a great place to hang out after a long day. Overall was super happy with our stay at porthouse shibuya. Will definitely go here again when im back in tokyo.

We loved our stay at Port House Shibuya! Our room was very clean, and the staff were so friendly, attentive, and helpful with all of our questions and needs. The location was also great, with so many things within walking distance, which made getting around really convenient.
We would definitely book here again the next time we visit Tokyo!

Hatagaya is a little quieter, outside the chaos of Shibuya but still close by. As a solo traveler Port House works great. Very clean. The lounge area is very nice and spacious (for Tokyo). Washer/dryer on site. Paddlers Coffee is a 10 min walk and great. Thank you, Daichi!
