Arrived late and a key card was arranged in a lockbox which was easy, security was good multable doors to get through with keycard, pod was clean and had everything that I needed for a good night's sleep, toilets and shower were good, kitchen/dining area looked good but I didn't have the time to use them overall a cosy place to stay for sleep.

Good location in the CBD area, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and other places in the city. The place was clean and well maintained. The self check-in and check-out were very convenient. They sent clear instructions by email/message on how to enter the building and access your pod. The common area, kitchen and pantry are very spacious and comfortable. Just remember to bring your own toiletries, as they are not provided. A towel is provided, but an extra towel comes with an additional charge. Another great thing is that you can store your luggage for a few hours after check-out, which is very convenient if you want to walk around Launceston before leaving.

I personally loved it but I went in off season knowing there wasn't going to many people at all

It would be good if the water in shower be hotter and there be a charging point not a USB point in the capsule.
