Constant stench in the 12-people room. They were kind enough to upgrade my stay to a 6-people room. However, one roommate is constantly chatting either with friends or on the phone. They let me move to another room. Staff is friendly and helpful, but looks constantly worn out from maybe overworking? Shower curtain and shower caddy are broke on first floor. It helps to upgrade them to make guests stay more comfortable.
