    I had an amazing stay at Swing & Pillows, all thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to look after me. On my very first day, Selva at the front office stepped in to quickly sort out a stressful booking payment issue. Since I had a leg injury, he also kindly carried all of my luggage for me. Raj was exceptionally friendly and caring throughout my entire stay; every single time I went out, he watched over me from upstairs to ensure I made it down smoothly and safely. He even handled my checkout seamlessly and carried my things all the way to my car. To top it off, Mira Wati from housekeeping did an absolutely wonderful job keeping the room spotless and comfortable. The genuine compassion and top-tier service from this team made a challenging time so much easier for me, and I highly recommend this place!
